You may be asked for your AirVisual Pro's serial number either when activating your device or receiving help from IQAir's customer service.

The serial number is either 7- or 11-digits long (mixture of numbers/letters).

It can be found in two places:

1) On a sticker on the back of your AirVisual monitor.

2) In the About settings. To find it, press the centre menu button on your monitor, then go to "About" > "Device info" > Serial Number.
