No. If you already have a valid LMN for IQAir products, you can use it for up to 12 months without retaking the survey. However, you’ll still need to submit your receipts for reimbursement.

A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) confirms that your purchase qualifies as a medical expense under IRS guidelines. Truemed ensures compliance by providing an LMN, making your purchase reimbursable.

No. Truemed is free to use when you shop with IQAir, a Truemed partner merchant.

Use your HSA dollars year-round! However, FSA funds typically expire on December 31st, so make sure to spend any remaining balance before the end of the year to avoid losing it.

You can still submit for partial reimbursement. For example, if you purchase a $100 item and have $60 in your account, you can reimburse $60 tax-free and pay the remaining $40 as normal.

If your reimbursement is denied, contact Truemed support at support@truemed.com. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and re-issue your LMN if needed.

Unfortunately, you are unable to use FSA/HSA funds for a replacement filter subscription at this time. But IQAir is working hard to make this a possibility in the near future.
