There are a couple of things that should be verified if the password reset email is not working for you:
 
  • -Confirm your email address with IQAir: Verify that your email address is the same email address associated with your IQAir account.
    -If these email addresses don't exactly match, you will need to go through an identify verification check in order to update the email address on your account.
